  According to the report, on January 22, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified the society of 157 APP companies that violated user rights.

Up to now, after verification and re-examination by a third-party testing agency, there are still 37 apps that have not been rectified in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

  In accordance with the "Network Security Law" and "Interim Provisions on the Management of Presetting and Distribution of Mobile Smart Terminal Application Software" (Gongxinguan [2016] No.407) and other legal and regulatory document requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the removal of the above 37 apps.

The relevant application stores should immediately organize the removal of the application software in the list after the announcement is released.
