Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 3.3 billion dirhams last week.

According to the weekly report on transactions, issued by the department yesterday, 856 pledges have been recorded at a value of 1.61 billion dirhams, of which 54 have pledged allegiance to land worth 195.34 million dirhams, and 802 pledges of apartments and villas amounted to 1.41 billion dirhams, while mortgages recorded 1.41 billion dirhams, while 98 grants were recorded. At a value of 323.03 million dirhams.

The most important land sales, with a value of 38 million dirhams, came in the fourth Al Thanya area, followed by 17 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South Fifth district, and then a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.

“Nad Al Sheba Third” topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 20 pledges at a value of 48 million dirhams, followed by the “Al-Yafra 2” region, with 12 pledges amounting to 12 million dirhams, and a third in the “Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens” by registering five sales of 41 One million dirhams.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were a pledge of 50 million dirhams in the second Umm Hurair area, followed by 44 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally, 30 million dirhams in the Al Thanyah fourth area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 113 pledges at a value of 144 million dirhams, followed by the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area by registering 74 pledges at a value of 141 million dirhams, and a third in the "Dubai Marina" by recording 70 pledges at a value of 138 One million dirhams.

Umm Hurair area II recorded a pledge of 50 million dirhams.
