Sis ID, present in Lyon and Paris, has just closed a fundraising campaign and now wishes to expand.

"We are going to hire around twenty people, and more than double our workforce by the end of the year," explains Laurent Sarrat. 

Which profiles?

But what types of profiles are sought?

Sis ID wants to recruit developers in particular to "work on our platform and work on our product, to improve it and always bring more value to our customers", explains its founder. 

"We are also going to hire young people who will support our customers in the deployment of our product within their structure. And finally, we are going to hire salespeople to approach more and more companies in France and abroad", continues Laurent. Sarrat. 

Required qualities ?

Sense of listening and service

For positions devoted to supporting clients, it is the candidate's profile that will count rather than the title of his diploma.

"You must first have great listening skills and a great sense of service", details Laurent Sarrat, who insists on the attention paid "to the human qualities of our candidates more than their technical skills".  

Of course, he says, "we also need technical skills, but we support employees in the company to acquire them".
