Emirates Airlines: An update regarding flights to Saudi Arabia

Emirates Airlines stated that, according to the Saudi government directives, it will not accept non-Saudi travelers on flights from Dubai to the Kingdom, with immediate effect until further notice.

The carrier stated on its website that customers who hold tickets for their final destinations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will not be accepted at their starting point, noting that the exemptions include holders of diplomatic passports and health practitioners, as well as their families.

She added, "We apologize for the inconvenience. Affected dealers must contact the reservation agent or the company's call center to obtain rebooking options. To receive update notifications, customers are asked to verify the correctness of their contact details by visiting the reservation management center on the website."
