  Haikou Customs introduced that enterprises that are registered in the Hainan Free Trade Port and have independent legal personality, engaged in transportation and tourism, and import ships, vehicles, aircraft and yachts that meet the requirements of the "zero tariff" positive list of vehicles and yachts can enjoy "Zero Tariff".

This is the implementation of another important "zero-tariff" commodity list in the early harvest stage of the Hainan Free Trade Port's "zero-tariff".
