Klaxoon, a company that publishes software to facilitate business meetings, is recruiting 100 people in its various offices.

“Experienced” profiles but also young people “just graduating”, explains Matthieu Beucher, founder and CEO of the company, on Europe 1.

It is a company whose activity is boosted by the new work organizations due to the coronavirus crisis.

Klaxoon, created in 2015 and which offers software to facilitate the organization of company meetings, especially remotely, "will open 100 jobs," said its founder and CEO Matthieu Beucher, Friday on Europe 1. "Obviously, a lot of 'businesses need our services, ”he explains.

"But beyond that, it is a subject of the future, a transformation of working methods which has been at work for several years."

Multiple profiles sought

These positions will be open in the various offices of Klaxoon "all over the province, in Paris, but also abroad", according to Matthieu Beucher.

"We have a team that is very distributed, which obviously knows how to telework," he underlines.

As for the jobs sought, they range from research and development to marketing, including business development and customer support, "one of the strengths" of the company, "which organizes transformations directly at the user. ".

Klaxoon does not require any prerequisite in terms of experience, with a team made up "both of very experienced people who have learned all over the world" but also of "people who are graduating from their studies, who will be taught to support customers and develop great products ".

"Curious" candidates

Whatever the path of the candidates, Klaxoon seeks "curious" profiles, able to worry about "technical problems" as "societal issues" linked to the development of teleworking.

"I make a special appeal for young women," continued the manager.

"There is a deficit of young women in all digital professions. We have gone from 32% to 37% women at Deezer. But we want more, and we want to be evangelizers of women in technology."
