　　Beijing, January 28 (Reporter Du Haitao) The reporter learned from the General Administration of Customs: During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, my country's total import and export value reached 146.37 trillion yuan, an increase of 17.2%.

The international market share of import and export increased from 11.9% in 2015 to 12.8% in the first 10 months of 2020. Imports rose to 11.5% and exports rose to 14.2%, both hitting record highs.

　　According to statistics, during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, customs supervised import and export cargo volume was 22.19 billion tons, an increase of 21.9%; customs declarations were reviewed for 383 million, an increase of 14.7%; taxes collected were 8.99 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.7%.

　　During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, my country's port business environment continued to be optimized, the import and export link regulatory documents were reduced from 86 to 41, the overall customs clearance time for imports and exports was greatly reduced, and the cost of institutional customs clearance was greatly reduced.

At the same time, the level of innovation and application of my country's customs clearance technology has been greatly improved, the management system has achieved integration and optimization, iterative upgrades, and a large number of modern supervision equipment has been put into use.
