This survey was conducted from October to December last year, targeting Japanese companies expanding overseas, and 2722 companies responded.



According to this, 64% of the companies answered that the new Corona will have a negative impact on overseas business, and the average overseas sales decline is expected to be 38% this year.



Amid strong uncertainty about the future of the economy, when asked about the policy of overseas business for the next three years, only 43% of the companies answered that they would "expand", which was the format of the current question in 2013. It has been the lowest since.



In addition, about 40% of companies said that they would review their overseas sales strategies, and as a concrete response, multiple answers were given.
