According to the unified calculation results of the regional GDP, the city's GDP of Hefei in 2020 will be 1,04.572 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.3% at comparable prices.
Among them, the added value of the tertiary industry was 613.389 billion yuan, an increase of 3.0%.
Yang Xiangsheng, director of the Hefei Municipal Statistics Bureau, introduced that the economic operation of Hefei in 2020 showed the following characteristics: stable agricultural production, outstanding contribution from industrial production, steady recovery of the service industry, stable operation of the use of foreign capital, and obvious effects of transformation and upgrading.
In terms of transformation and upgrading, the innovative implementation of the "chain length system" for key industries, and efforts to create an important new highland for advanced manufacturing in the country, the output value of strategic emerging industries increased by 18.2% year-on-year.
In the whole year, 789 national high-tech enterprises were added, a record high.
There were 12 newly listed companies, of which 7 were added to the Science and Technology Innovation Board, ranking first in the provincial capital.
