An updated "green list" for travelers coming to Abu Dhabi

The Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi unveiled the updated "Green List" for travelers coming to Abu Dhabi. Passengers coming from countries included in this list will be exempt from the compulsory isolation period when they visit Abu Dhabi, and they will only be required to take a "BCR" test upon arrival at Abu Dhabi airport. In a statement today, the department stated that the countries and territories included in the list will be updated routinely based on the global developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the names of countries that comply with strict standards for security and health in order to protect the local community are included, noting that the procedures of the list apply to Countries of origin from which visitors travel, not just nationalities.

She explained that the updated green list on January 25, 2021 includes the following destinations: Australia, Bahrain, China, the Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Greenland, the Falkland Islands, Saint Kitts and Nevis, the Sultanate of Brunei, the Sultanate of Oman, Singapore, Qatar, Mongolia, Mauritius, New Zealand.
