Liquid hydrogen fluoride, extreme ultraviolet resist, and fluorine polyimide, which are Japan's three major export regulations, are rapidly expanding domestic production and maintaining stable supply and demand.

Resist for extreme ultraviolet rays has diversified importers from Europe and has attracted investments from DuPont in the US and TOK in Japan.

Fluorine polyimide is being exported to China after Kolon Industries has built a mass production facility, and SKC has secured its own technology and is conducting production input testing.
