[Explanation] The Zhengzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued a market price supervision announcement showing that during the Spring Festival this year, it will strengthen market price supervision on food, oil, meat, eggs, milk, fruits and vegetables and other daily necessities, masks, and disinfection and epidemic prevention supplies, and strictly follow the law. Quickly investigate and deal with price violations.
For violations of price laws and regulations, the illegal income will be confiscated in accordance with relevant regulations and a fine of less than 5 times the illegal income will be imposed; if there is no illegal income, a fine of up to 5 million yuan (RMB) will be imposed, and typical cases will be exposed in time.
If serious disruption of market order constitutes a crime, it will be transferred to the public security department for criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
