  • 92% of teens receive pocket money.

  • The coronavirus has changed the way people consume.

  • Teens, like others, are concerned.

For teens, pocket money is usually used to learn to manage a budget and to have fun from time to time, depending on the amount of money you receive.

According to the annual "money and adolescents" barometer carried out by the Poll & Roll institute for the neobank Pixpay, the average amount given by parents each month is 30 euros, with differences according to age (the older the child, the more money he receives) and… depending on the sex, since the girls receive a little less.

If 92% of teenagers have pocket money, the coronavirus has disrupted habits.

With the shops, bars and restaurants closed, it was necessary, like everyone else, to adapt their consumption.
