The project is located in the northern area of Muge Town, Gangnan District, covering the four villages of Shoumo, Pangu, Liangpo and Heling. The total investment is 1 billion yuan (RMB, the same below). The planned transfer of land is 10,000 mu in three phases. The construction period is 8 years.
