Among the complementary, there are however some good students, notes the UFC, such as Muta Santé, Pro BTP, Mutuelle Générale, which have moderate increases.

Lack of "homogeneity" in the presentation of tariffs
Even if since last December it has become much easier to change complementary health insurance to bring competition into play, customers are reluctant to take the plunge.
Comparing remains far too complicated, according to Loriane Lemaine, health specialist at the UFC.
"There is far too much use of percentages on certain reimbursements, which could easily be expressed in euros. I am thinking in particular of optics and hearing. It does not speak at all for users. more, the complementary ones do not expose with the same vocabulary the same reimbursements. "
The UFC-Que Choisir therefore asks the government to force complementary health insurance to have clearer and more homogeneous price presentations so that they are more readable and easier to compare for beneficiaries.
