China News Service, January 19, according to the official WeChat account of the "Gongxin WeChat", the Information and Communication Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the 19th that it removed 12 apps that violated user rights.

  The notification mentioned that on December 21, 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified the society of 63 APP companies that violated user rights.

Up to now, after verification and re-examination by a third-party testing agency, there are still 12 APPs that have not been rectified in accordance with the requirements of our ministry.

  In accordance with the "Network Security Law" and the "Interim Provisions on the Management of Presetting and Distribution of Mobile Smart Terminal Application Software" (Gongxin Departmentxinguan [2016] No. 407) and other legal and regulatory document requirements, organize the removal of the above 12 apps.

The relevant application stores should immediately organize the removal of the application software in the list after the publication of this notice.
