An initiative validated by employees

Anikop has around thirty employees in total.

Leave is at will on the only condition to take it is that it does not jeopardize a project or a company with which Anikop collaborates.

"It's liberating", explains Didier, 50, an employee of the company.

"We can more easily consider going on a trip. But we have developed this formula with the company, to allow the teams to remain efficient. A period of consideration is provided before leaving on leave, for example, to establish rules."

A system based on trust

The goal, for Nicolas Perroud, the boss of Anikop, is that the employee feels good.

"The basic idea is to trust people and tell them that if they need to take days to breathe, they can take them. Whether it's a vacation, a move or a sick child. . Employees can lay down their days and stop counting. In a year, I am convinced that we will have noted no abuse. "
