A Syrian app that analyzes data to help companies make decisions

A recently graduated Syrian who has studied information technology, has designed an application that helps companies obtain and analyze customer statements from social networking sites.

The "Emocial" application that I designed, Rafif Zainia, makes it easy for companies to collect information and measure customer satisfaction in order to develop the product that suits them more.

The application also collects customer testimonials about the product in various forms through social media platforms, especially "Facebook", "Twitter" and "YouTube" to prepare statistical reports based on time and geographical location.

Zainia, 23, started her project in 2018, but suspended it until her graduation.

The application needs six months before it is ready for use, but it has already started offering it to local companies.
