"According to operational data, as of January 15, 2021, 2.706 million unemployed citizens were officially registered in the employment services," TASS reports the press service of the Ministry of Labor.
According to Rosstat, in January-November 2020, there were 4.6 million unemployed Russians in Russia.
The total labor force was 75.3 million people, of whom 70.7 million were employed in the economy.
Earlier, the Ministry of Labor named the number of Russians working remotely.
