In terms of promoting the consumption of home appliances and furniture, it is proposed to encourage qualified regions to subsidize the elimination of old home appliances and furniture and the purchase of green smart appliances and environmentally friendly furniture.
In terms of boosting catering consumption, it is proposed to promote the development of green catering; encourage catering companies to enrich and upgrade their dishes, and innovate online and offline business models.
To make up for the shortcomings of rural consumption, it is proposed to improve the rural circulation system, to expand county and township consumption as a starting point to drive rural consumption, and to strengthen county and township business facilities and the construction of village logistics stations.
The notice also strengthened policy guarantees, proposed measures to increase financial support, and encourage financial institutions to increase financial support to market players in the circulation industry.
