The Emirati entrepreneur, Hanan Hassan Al-Mutawa, started developing her project in the field of bakery production by opening a bakery "Lucky" for the production of cakes and biscuits, within the activity of preparing sweets and candies in the "dealer license", issued by the Dubai Economic Department.

Al-Mutawa explained, to "Emirates Today", that "the activity includes preparing various types of sweets and providing them to consumers, in addition to providing some soft drinks, such as tea and refreshments, as well as preparing cakes and all kinds of sweets."

Al-Mutawa stated that "since her childhood, she browsed the pages specialized in sweets in children's magazines."

She said, "I used to apply what I read and it often failed. I was entertained when I sprinkled flour on the shine of eggs, and enjoyed when I mixed them with sugar grains." On that day, being in the kitchen and baking biscuits and cakes was my favorite pastime.

Al-Mutawa considered that the "Lucky Cake and Biscuit Bakery" project is a creative state, such as drawing and singing, through which innovation can be made.

And she continued, "Cooking has special arts and secrets that not everyone is capable of, especially sweets, as his field has many challenges and creativity, and preparing sweets makes me innovate and invent new recipes."

She added, "There are some who exhaust their energies in eating sweets, while I make them. This is one of my motivations that the happiest people are, and nothing is impossible, and creativity does not depend on age and has no limits."

Training

Al-Mutawa explained that she “started making biscuits on occasions, then focused on baking and decorating cakes, hence the name of her project (Lucky Bakery) @ lookie.bakery."

She indicated that she participated in many training courses under the supervision of professionals in the field of cake preparation, including providing the family with a detailed explanation of how to decorate cakes and make the cream, which impressed them and encouraged her to obtain a professional trainer license in the field of cake baking and decorating in the future, supported by her obtaining « Dealer License »from Dubai Economy.

Al-Mutawa praised her family's efforts for the unlimited support and encouragement in starting the idea of ​​the project, through which she was able to highlight her talent.

The commercial registration and licensing sector in Dubai Economy has issued 10 thousand and four licenses from a "dealer license", from the launch of the initiative in 2017 until the sixth of January.
