Chinanews.com, Nanjing, January 6 (Reporter Zhu Xiaoying) From 2010 to 2020, in the past ten years, female groups have sprung up in Nanjing to buy houses, and the gender gap between house buyers has narrowed.
At the same time, the demand for improved house purchases and house swaps is released, and the trend of "buying houses getting bigger and bigger" has become a trend.
On the 6th, I love my family released the "2010-2020 Nanjing Real Estate Transaction Data Report", the report data showed the above characteristics.
According to the report statistics, in the past, the proportion of men buying houses has always been slightly higher than that of women, but in recent years, the difference has been significantly reduced.
Before 2016, the proportion of men and women buying second-hand houses in Nanjing remained at 59%: around 41%.
Since 2017, the proportion of women buying houses has increased significantly, and the gender gap in the buying group has gradually narrowed.
Judging from the transaction data in 2020, the proportion of men and women buying houses is close to 50%: 50%, which is almost half-open.
From the cross-comparison of gender and age, the proportion of women aged 30 to 35 who buy houses is even higher than that of men. This reflects the current social phenomenon that professional women choose to buy houses after they are financially independent and have certain purchasing power.
From the perspective of the demand structure of commercial housing in Nanjing in the past ten years from 2010 to 2020, commercial housing of 80m² to 100m² is the most popular, and at the same time, improving purchasing power is increasing.

The proportion of transactions of large apartments above 140m² also increased.
Since 2020, a number of high-end residences in the Hexi and Chengzhong sections of Nanjing have been listed. The supply houses are basically large units with a size of 160m² or more. The situation is good. This reflects the strong support for the purchase of improved housing and the release of demand .
In contrast, from the perspective of the proportion of the transaction area of new houses in the past ten years, the transaction proportion of 80-100m² units is about 35%, which has been the highest, but in 2020 its proportion has dropped to 31.2%.
