If the business opened from January to November last year, the annual conversion of sales from September to December is less than 400 million won, and if the sales in December is less than the average monthly sales from September to November, you can receive 1 million won.



However, if it is confirmed that last year's sales did not decrease from 2019's sales after VAT is reported, it is subject to the recovery of support funds.



Q. Which industries cannot receive support fund?



▲ Businesses that are not subject to supporting funding are not eligible for supporting funding for businesses excluding speculative business, professional jobs such as lawyers, accountants, hospitals, pharmacies, and small business policy financing such as finance and insurance related businesses.



Even a business operator who has not registered as a business cannot receive support funds.



Support funds are not eligible for other disaster support projects such as emergency employment security support for special type workers and freelancers, livelihood support for visiting and caring service workers, and income stabilization fund for corporate taxi drivers.



Non-profit companies, organizations, corporations, and associations without legal status are also not eligible for support.



However, social enterprises under Article 2, No. 1 of the Social Enterprise Promotion Act, cooperatives under Article 2 of the Basic Cooperative Act, and cooperatives under Article 2 of the Consumer Life Cooperatives Act are eligible for payment.



When applying for the support fund, small business owners who have closed or closed their business, small business owners who do not have any sales, and small business owners who have received a re-challenge subsidy cannot receive the support fund.
