The account of European funds for the reconstruction of the crisis derived from the pandemic has irritated

Alberto Núñez Feijóo,

who has been questioning the distribution criteria of the Pedro Sánchez Government for several days.

His last criticism came this Monday, blaming the Executive that

"new criteria have been invented"

and questioning that "some autonomous communities have had the 'fat' and some have had to pay the 'fat'.

In an interview on Cadena Cope, the president of the Xunta de Galicia reproached Sánchez for his lack of dialogue, which he says is generalized with all regional presidents.

Thus, it is blunt when it comes to ensuring that

there is "no" communication with the president

of the Government, at least not with him, nor with the rest of the leaders of the communities with whom he has been able to speak.

"I do not know if there is any regional president who has a bilateral relationship, with whom I do not speak," said the Galician leader of the PP,

very critical of the moment chosen by Sánchez for the distribution of the 10,000 million from the reconstruction fund

, " on a Monday afternoon, before New Year's Eve. "

In addition to the lack of dialogue, he also harshly criticizes Sánchez for the distribution criteria chosen, as he considers that they break with "the regional financing system and the principles of the European Union."

Galicia will be the seventh community in absolute volume of funds and

will receive 441 million euros.

According to the calculations made by Feijóo, if the criteria set by the European Union and not those "new criteria" used by the Spanish Government are applied, it

should receive an additional 100 million euros.

If the regional financing system is applied, it would be 220 million more.

Days ago, Feijóo already questioned that

"Catalonia always wins and we lose the same"

and that this distribution is "a new unilateral decision that harms Galicia", the same criticism that he already made in relation to the General State Budgets for 2021 and with central government covid funds.

The Crown, "the only symbol that accredits the unity of the Spanish nation"

During the aforementioned interview, Feijóo also referred to the hypothetical Crown Law promoted by the coalition government and has urged PSOE and Podemos to present a text before any decision on their position, because "the best thing to talk about laws it is to know the blueprints of those laws ".

In any case, he defends that the Crown is "the only symbol that accredits the unity of the Spanish nation" and at this time it is necessary because "the nation has never been in a situation like this."

"Never have the political groups that are against the unity of the nation had so much preponderance, they have so much power and they decide so many things," the Galician president deepened.

Regarding the position of the PP, he recalls that "it has always been in favor of the constitutional monarchy" and, therefore,

"everything that is protecting the Constitution is of interest to the PP and will support it"

, so that if the PSOE departs of its partners and wants to develop a constitutional institution, it will have their support, but only "if what you intend is to shore up the institution. The question, in any case, is to know what the intention of that text is," if this is to protect the Constitution or go dismembering the Crown ".

Feijóo also referred on Monday, in the interview, the pardons possible to independentist prisoners Catalans and insisted that" no government has dared to do such things. "

President Gallego considers that the requirements are not met from the "legal point of view" and recalls that the prisoners who want to benefit from this decision must first request it and confirm that "they will not commit the criminal acts" for which they are sentenced

two with final judgment.

In his opinion, "it is evident" that the people affected by these pardons "not only have not said that they will not repeat it, but that they would repeat it again."
