She pointed out that the process takes less than one business day, to transfer the number, and users who submit a request to transfer remain aware of the latest updates throughout the process, by sending SMS messages from both the old and the new service providers.

She noted that the transfer process occurs only during working hours, but a transfer request can be submitted outside those hours, confirming that during this period, the service does not stop and the current number will remain running on the old calling card or chip, and it will not be cut off until the new chip is activated, and after That is, the customer can start using the new card or chip.

At the same time, the authority stressed that in the event that all financial dues are not settled to the old service provider during the grace period after the transfer process, the line may be completely cut with the new service provider, until all the outstanding and outstanding amounts due to the old service provider are settled.
