According to the report, among the first-tier cities in Mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen), the average salary of Beijing enterprises reached 166,800 yuan, ranking first.

  According to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, in recent years, the bureau has continuously established and improved corporate salary survey and information release systems, making full use of modern information technologies such as "Internet +", artificial intelligence and big data, and the professionalism of salary surveys has been continuously enhanced. The scientific nature of data mining methods has continued to improve, and the quality of salary big data has been improving year by year. It has played an important role in serving capital enterprises and workers in negotiating salary levels, rationally determining the internal distribution structure, and promoting the linkage of labor factors with the market.

  In 2020, the Beijing enterprise salary survey report adopts the "online" plus "offline" model to conduct surveys.

Among them, the "offline" data involved 4259 sampled enterprises in the Beijing area with 726,000 employees on duty; the "online" data involved 90,000 companies posting jobs in Beijing throughout the year, and 4.7 million people living in Beijing throughout the year. Job seekers and 290,000 fresh graduates from colleges and universities.

  Beijing's corporate salary level ranks among the top first-tier cities

  Salary is one of the important factors in attracting talents, and a high salary level is an important support for maintaining Beijing's relative competitiveness.

  According to the average salary data of urban non-private employees in 2019 released by the statistical departments of various cities, in the domestic first-tier cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen), the average salary of Beijing enterprises reached 166,800 yuan, ranking first among the four first-tier cities.

  From the perspective of the median salary price of offline surveys, the top three industry salary in 2019 are the financial industry (269,400 yuan), the electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industry (126,700 yuan), and information transmission and software. And information technology service industry (115,800 yuan).

The culture, sports, and entertainment industries have seen the fastest growth in median salaries, rising to sixth place in 2019 (106,100 yuan).

The salary growth rate of the "Beijing Intelligent Manufacturing" industry is generally relatively fast.

  The average salary of scientific researchers is 204,000 yuan

  From the perspective of the salary released by online companies, the average published salary of scientific research personnel in Beijing was 204,000 yuan, an increase of 9.9% year-on-year; the average published salary of skilled talents in Beijing was 144,000 yuan, an increase of 6.4% year-on-year.

  In the previous period, Beijing announced that “people with a median per capita disposable income of 40,000 yuan to 120,000 yuan in Beijing households were classified as middle-income groups”. The average salary of Beijing’s scientific researchers and skilled personnel has reached the middle Income level of income groups.

From the perspective of the salary growth levels of the two, the growth rate also outperforms the economic growth rate (the city's regional GDP increased by 6.1% in 2019).

  The salary survey data shows that Beijing has significant competitiveness in the service industry, financial industry and other industries.
