Minister Byeon said, "There is a view that it is difficult to supply any more housing in downtown Seoul, but if you effectively utilize the low-density subway station area, semi-industrial areas, and low-rise residential areas that have been developed in downtown Seoul, sufficient housing can be supplied in downtown Seoul."
