Emirates Airlines said that it will offer the premium economy class experience as a free upgrade to its customers, noting that it will operate its latest A380 aircraft on different routes, so that customers can experience the latest offers in all classes.

Today, Emirates unveiled a new Premium Economy cabin product and comprehensive improvements in all cabins on its latest A380 aircraft, taking the premium experience on this aircraft to new heights.

Last week, Emirates took delivery of the latest A380 from its Airbus facility in Hamburg.

Its remaining order for the A380, consisting of 5 aircraft, which will be delivered in 2021 and 2022, will be fitted with the Premium Economy Class cabin.

Some Boeing 777X aircraft, which are scheduled to join the fleet from 2023, will also be equipped with a premium economy cabin.

Emirates Airlines is studying plans to adjust its existing fleet of A380s.

The Emirates seat in Premium Economy Class is spacious at 40 inches by 19.5 inches in width, and reclines 8 inches in a comfortable position with ample leg room.

Each seat is covered in anti-stain cream leather with embossed detailing and business-class wood frieze.

Each seat is designed to provide optimum comfort and support with a 6-position adjustable headrest, leg rest and footrest.

In front of each seat is a 13.3-inch video screen, one of the largest in its class, to enjoy an unparalleled assortment of music, movies, live TV, news and other content via Emirates Airlines' unique, award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice.

Customers will also find well-thought-out touches, including easily accessible charging points in the seat, and a spacious dining table and beverage side table.
