Speaking of the next focus of my country's 5G network construction, Wenku said that first, according to the principle of moderate advancement, we must advance from large-scale construction, extensive coverage to on-demand construction and in-depth coverage, and closely follow the needs of different scenarios to build high-quality 5G networks; further optimization The data center construction layout will improve the level of application development and gradually improve in terms of application types, cloud service capabilities, application depth, and software richness to meet the needs of digital development in all walks of life.
Second, telecom operators must make timely adjustments in terms of network architecture, business management, and network operation and maintenance according to different application scenarios, so that enterprises can use the network more conveniently and efficiently.
Telecommunications companies, Internet companies, and solution providers should strengthen collaboration to jointly promote the in-depth integration of 5G with manufacturing, energy, transportation, agriculture and other industries, and accelerate the digital, network, and intelligent transformation of traditional industries.
Third, it is necessary to strengthen technological innovation, continue to promote the research and development of network slicing, edge computing, chip modules, instrumentation and other technologies, and enhance the ability of industrial technology support.
Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of network users is the basis for building a network power.
To this end, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology continued to carry out special rectification actions for APP infringing users' rights and interests, deepening the protection of users' personal information, and achieving significant results.
Up to now, 520,000 APPs have been technically tested, 1,571 illegal apps have been ordered to be rectified, and 120 apps that have not been rectified or refused to be rectified have been directly removed from the shelves.
"We organized the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the Telecommunications Terminal Industry Association, and more than 30 terminal manufacturers and Internet companies to jointly formulate 10 standards for the "App User Rights Protection Evaluation Standards"; formulate 8 "Apps Collection and Use of User Personal Information Minimum Evaluation Standards" Standards.” According to Wenku, these standards condensed the wisdom of the industry, brought together the power of enterprises, and set clear standards for the legal operation of enterprises.

In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will study and formulate interim regulations on APP personal information protection, continue to promote the formulation of industry standards, improve APP technology testing platform system functions, continue to carry out special rectification of APP infringement of user rights, and resolutely ensure national data security and strengthen personal information protection. .
