Application status for the last phase of this year’s small passenger car indicators: over 3.55 million people applied for the “fuel car” indicator

　　Beijing News Express (Reporter Pei Jianfei) Today (December 25), the Beijing Passenger Car Index Regulation and Management Office released the status of the application for the last phase of this year's passenger car index.

Among them, the total number of individual applications for ordinary passenger cars exceeded 3.55 million, and the difficulty of winning the lottery continued to increase. The number of applicants for new energy indicators also exceeded 480,000.

　　It is understood that this is also the last time Beijing's passenger car indicators are allocated before the implementation of the new policy for the regulation of Beijing's passenger car indicators.

Starting next year, the small passenger car indicators will be allocated to "car-free families" first, and 60% of the personal new energy vehicle indicators will be allocated to applicants from car-free families.

　　Upon review, as of 24:00 on December 8, 2020, there are 3559650 valid codes for individuals applying for ordinary passenger cars, and 72,867 units; and 487,232 valid codes for individuals applying for new energy passenger cars, and 12,825 units.

　　According to statistics, as of this period, the total number of individual applications for ordinary passenger cars has exceeded 3.55 million, and the difficulty of winning the lottery this period continues to increase.

In the last lottery, about 3,120 people grabbed one of the ordinary passenger car indicators.

In terms of new energy indicators, the number of applicants for the indicators exceeded 480,000.

　　The website will be suspended from December 27th to December 31st. Applicants cannot download the confirmation notice of passenger car configuration indicators during this period; the windows of all districts also stop processing related services, and applicants cannot receive the confirmation notice of passenger car configuration indicators on site.

Starting from January 1, 2021, applicants can log on to the website to download and print the confirmation notice of passenger car configuration indicators, or bring valid personal or unit certificates to the external office window of each district to receive the confirmation notice of passenger car configuration indicators.
