"Etihad Airways" confirmed that it allows refunds of tickets for canceled flights for all future reservations whose original travel dates date back to the first of October 2020 and beyond, for flights canceled by the company as a result of the impact of global travel by the "Covid-19" .

A spokesman for "Etihad Airways" said that the company also provides flexible options for existing reservations, and is working closely with affected travelers to inform them of the latest changes to their travel plans, and to rearrange their reservations on alternative flights to suit their circumstances.

"Etihad Airways" stated that it operates flights to more than 60 regional and global cities and destinations along its global network of destinations this winter, noting that due to the continuing effects of "Covid-19" on global travel, a number of destinations of the carrier from Abu Dhabi will continue to be suspended. And to it throughout the 2020/2021 season.

And the «Etihad Airways» announced last Monday that it will immediately suspend all passenger flights between Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Muscat and Kuwait, temporarily until further notice, without excluding the suspension of other flights in accordance with international developments and the repercussions of the pandemic.

A spokesman for the tanker said that this precautionary measure has been taken to limit the spread of the emerging corona virus (Covid-19), stressing that the safety of the passengers and crew of the tanker is one of the most important priorities at the present time.

He explained that Etihad Airways' crews are communicating with affected passengers to inform them of the suspension of flights and to assist them in adjusting their travel plans.
