This is a recurring subject in the world of Tesla electric vehicles: the Autopilot function which will allow these cars to drive independently.
Originally announced for the end of 2020, the Autopilot subscription service will ultimately not be available before the beginning of 2021 in the United States, reports
Presse-Citron.
@elonmusk can you allow FSD to be paid for annually?
Makes no sense buying FSD if I am leasing

"We will launch a subscription for fully autonomous driving early next year," Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Twitter when responding to a user.
Concretely, Tesla users will have two possibilities: either the purchase of the Autopilot function for the sum of 7,500 euros, or the possibility of going through a leasing service via a monthly or annual subscription.
"An investment for the future"
For now, Elon Musk has not provided further details on the price of this subscription service, nor on the countries in which it will be accessible outside the United States.
Regarding buying or leasing this service, Elon Musk also responded.
“It will always make sense to purchase the optional Autopilot package since, in our view, it is an investment for the future.
And we are confident that this investment will pay off for the driver.
For me, buying the pack is not something people will regret, ”he explained.
