The public notice pointed out that recently, 12 companies including Shenzhen Wangxing Technology Co., Ltd. have applied to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to terminate the relevant value-added telecommunications business within the validity period of the business license; Tianjin Zhenglian Information Engineering Co., Ltd. 72 other enterprises, whose operating licenses expired, did not apply to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the continuation of relevant value-added telecommunications services within the prescribed time limit or did not comply with the license extension regulations.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of telecommunications users and properly solve the problems of users afterwards, in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Telecommunications Business Licenses" (Order No. 42 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the relevant information on the proposed cancellation of cross-regional value-added telecommunications business licenses is now publicized. The publicity period is from December 21, 2020 to January 20, 2021.
The publicity is clear. During the publicity period, if there are objections to the cancellation of the relevant business licenses of the above-mentioned enterprises or the remaining user problems are found, the relevant situation can be reported to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and detailed vouchers and contact information should be provided to facilitate industry and information Investigation and processing by the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
If no objection is received during the public announcement period, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will cancel its relevant cross-regional value-added telecommunications business license according to law.
