Regarding the measures to ease the taxation tax on single-family dwellers recently claimed by some, the answer was "I know that various tax burden reduction benefits are being granted to alleviate the ownership tax burden for the common people and real consumers."



He said, “In the case of taxation, a basic deduction of 300 million won is added for one household and one homeowner, special deductions for seniors and long-term holdings are in operation. I know it's going to happen."



Regarding the'tax bomb theory' that some people are raising against the increase in the taxation tax, they affirmed that it is'not appropriate'.

Candidate Byun said, "I think this realization plan should be promoted smoothly as it was established through a public hearing, the Central Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, and related ministries in accordance with the underlying laws and regulations."
