Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department recorded, within a week, more than 3.2 billion dirhams.
The department stated in a statement yesterday that it witnessed 931 pledges of allegiance to the value of 1.81 billion dirhams, including 74 pledges of land, worth 296.96 million dirhams, and 857 pledges of apartments and villas, worth 1.51 billion dirhams.
According to the statement, the most important sales of lands, amounting to 24 million dirhams, came in the “Saih Shuaib 4” area, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the “Al-Merkad” area, and a pledge of 15 million dirhams in the “First Dubai Investment Park” area.
The "third Habiya" came to the fore in the regions in terms of the number of pledges, after it recorded 18 pledges at a value of 33 million dirhams, followed by the "Nad Al Sheba Third" region with 14 pledges amounting to 34 million dirhams, and the third in the "Al-Habeeh Sixth" with seven sales of 11 million dirhams.
A pledge of 75 million dirhams in the "Dubai Marina" was the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 26 million dirhams in the "Palm Jumeirah" area, and finally a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the "Palm Jumeirah" area.
In turn, "Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 137 pledges at a value of 207 million dirhams, followed by the "Dubai Marina" by registering 90 pledges at a value of 261 million dirhams, and a third in "Al-Barsha South Fourth" by registering 79 pledges at a value of 50 One million dirhams.
The value of mortgages amounted to 1.28 billion dirhams, of which 56 mortgages were for lands worth 487.69 million dirhams, and 252 mortgages for villas and apartments valued at 787.73 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the “Saih Shuaib 1” area with a value of 165 million dirhams, and the other in the “Al-Merkad” area with a value of 160 million dirhams. .
As for donations, 70 donations worth 176.8 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the "Mirdif" region, with a value of 27 million dirhams, and another in the "Saih Shuaib 4" area, with a value of 25 million dirhams.
