Up to now, after verification and re-examination by a third-party testing agency, there are still 19 APPs that have not been rectified in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
According to the APP rectification actions deployed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the local communications administrations actively carried out mobile phone application software supervision and inspection. The Sichuan Provincial Communications Administration found that there are still 7 APPs that have not been rectified.
According to the report, in accordance with the "Network Security Law" and the "Interim Provisions on the Management of Presetting and Distribution of Mobile Smart Terminal Application Software" (Gongxinxinguan [2016] No. 407) and other legal and regulatory document requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized the above 26 App will be removed.
The relevant application stores should immediately organize the removal of the application software in the list after the announcement is released.
