Data show that from January to November, the postal industry's business income (excluding the direct operating income of the Postal Savings Bank) totaled 992.85 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.4%; the total business volume completed a total of 1.875.29 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.2%.

　　In November, the industry-wide business revenue was 113.23 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%; the total business volume was 241.65 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.6%.

　　From January to November, the total postal service business volume was 254.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%; the postal delivery service business volume completed 23.26 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 3.5%; the postal delivery service business revenue totaled 37.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease 4.8%.

　　In November, the total postal service business volume was 26.17 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.5%; the postal delivery service business volume completed 2.28 billion pieces, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%; the postal delivery service business income completed 3.73 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.3%.

　　From January to November, the total business volume of express service companies across the country completed 74.1 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 30.5%; business income totaled 786.92 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.0%.

Among them, the total volume of intra-city business completed was 11.03 billion, an increase of 11.1% year-on-year; the cumulative volume of off-site business completed was 61.43 billion, a year-on-year increase of 34.8%; the cumulative volume of international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan business completed was 1.64 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27.8%.

　　In November, the business volume of express service enterprises nationwide was 9.73 billion, a year-on-year increase of 36.5%; business income was 95.94 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.4%.

　　From January to November, intra-city, inter-city, international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan express delivery business volume accounted for 14.9%, 82.9% and 2.2% of all express delivery business volume respectively; business income accounted for 8.8%, 51.6% and 12.2% of all express delivery revenue respectively.

Compared with the same period last year, the proportion of intra-city express delivery business volume fell by 2.6 percentage points, the proportion of inter-city express delivery business volume increased by 2.7 percentage points, and the proportion of international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan business volume fell by 0.1.

　　From January to November, the proportion of express delivery business in the eastern, central and western regions was 79.5%, 13.2% and 7.3%, and the proportion of business revenue was 79.7%, 11.8% and 8.5%.

Compared with the same period last year, the proportion of express delivery business in the eastern region decreased by 0.2%, and the proportion of express business revenue fell by 0.6%; the proportion of express business in the central region increased by 0.4%, and the proportion of express business revenue increased by 0.6%; the proportion of express delivery business in the western region The proportion of volume dropped by 0.2%, and the proportion of express delivery business revenue remained basically the same.
