The strategic safety of raw materials is a milestone.

  As the forefront of basic materials for integrated circuits, polysilicon materials have been monopolized by foreign countries in terms of production technology and market, which has become a bottleneck for China's development of the integrated circuit industry.

  According to Zhang Yongliang, deputy general manager of the New Energy Branch of the Yellow River Company, this technological transformation project incorporates a number of new processes and technologies such as boron removal adsorption, slag slurry recovery, etc., under the premise of making use of the original production capacity of 2500 tons/year of polysilicon equipment , Through the newly added rod reduction furnace, the original tail gas recovery, reduction, cold hydrogenation, rectification, finishing and other 6 devices were optimized and improved and technically modified, which successively solved the high power consumption of reduction and the processing capacity of the tail gas recovery device. Due to limited issues, the production capacity was increased to 3,300 tons per year, which allowed the domestic market share to exceed 15%, and truly realized the "Made in China" of electronic grade polysilicon.
