Smart Dubai launches shared services integration platform

Smart Dubai launched the Shared Services Integration Platform (iPaaS) as part of "GITEX Technology Week 2020", yesterday, which comes as a continuation of the "Government Services Integration Platform" (GSB) project.

In a statement, she explained that thanks to its integration with the UAE PASS, the new platform allows users to search, discover and access available shared services, in addition to facilitating the access of authorized persons to self-requested information.

“Smart Dubai’s mission is to lead the process of Dubai’s transformation into the smartest and happiest city on earth,” said the Executive Director of the Smart Dubai Government Foundation, Wissam Lootah.

The shared services integration platform provides new capabilities that enhance the overall organizational integration of Smart Dubai, API management capabilities, as well as basic integration features such as message forwarding, protocol switching and message routing, all of which are available on the existing GSB.
