  It is reported that since this year, in order to serve the country's major development strategy, China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. has assembled 21 secondary unit labor unions, 70 labor model and craftsman talent innovation studios, and formed an innovation studio alliance.

Among them, the material laboratory innovation studio alliance led by China Railway Twenty-Fifth Bureau, research topics covering concrete raw materials, mix ratio, environmental protection and energy saving, shield construction supporting products and other fields.

  As the lead studio of this alliance event, Deng Guifang Innovation Studio of China Railway 25th Bureau actively carried out technical research, and formed the transformation of "machine-made sand" into treasure and use in key engineering projects such as Yuhuai Railway Second Line and Nansha Port Railway. Fly ash replaces cement to reduce costs and improve performance, and uses low-strength cement to produce high-strength concrete that meets the requirements of the specification. This has promoted the construction of the project and was awarded the title of "Innovation Studio for Model Workers and Craftsmen" by the Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions.
