Dobz makes travel procedures at home for Emirates Airlines

DUBZ, a subsidiary of dnata, a leader in baggage and logistics technology, has partnered with Emirates Airlines and is now providing home check-in services for the airline’s passengers.

According to a statement issued today, Dubz's innovative services allow Emirates Airlines departing from Dubai to start their safe travel experience by completing procedures, sterilizing luggage and completing a PCR test quickly and efficiently at their homes.

Clients also have the option to book "Marhaba" services for receiving and assisting and passing quickly through "immigration counters" at the airport.

Emirates Airline travelers can book these services online up to 24 hours before the flight departure and obtain the service between 24 hours and 8 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

Omar Abu Farag, CEO and co-founder of DOBZ, said, "I hope that this cooperation will be based on a culture of innovation to provide the passengers of the global carrier with a safe and smooth travel experience."

Emirates customers can easily book the home check-in service on emirates.com.

The agents of Transguard perform this task. They issue boarding passes, weigh and sterilize luggage, affix stickers to it, and ensure that it is delivered at the airport and loaded onto the plane.

The luggage is sterilized with a protective layer that extends for up to 72 hours.

Passengers can also book a "Covid-19" test before traveling in the comfort of their homes at the hands of medical professionals and send the results digitally, with a medical certificate of "virus free" within 24 to 48 hours to meet travel requirements and enter the destination.

The check-in service is available for Emirates Airlines passengers traveling in all classes, with fees starting from AED 169.

The innovative Dubz services are available to travelers from Dubai with 10 airlines, including Emirates Airlines, and these carriers are listed on the DUBZ.com website.
