The Christmas season has traditionally been a good time for employment in Spain.
Gifts, family dinners and the Christmas spirit encourage shopping and consumption, and that translates into more business activity and a greater need for labor.
However, the coronavirus and the economic crisis have also altered this tradition and forecasts contemplate that hiring will be reduced by 15% during these months.
