It is understood that the policy tools focus on sorting out issues such as social financing, high-tech enterprise certification, preferential treatment for small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for innovation and entrepreneurship that are more reflected by enterprises.
Taking the financial services industry as an example, the 26 policy tools involve financial subsidies for financial technology companies and subsidies for building renovation and upgrading.
The application guide clearly lists key content such as service targets, conditions and requirements, and service procedures in the form of a table, while clarifying the service department and contact number.
In early August, in order to coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission sorted out the relevant policies at the urban two levels around the resumption of work and production, and issued the "Beijing Resumption of Work and Production Inclusive Policy Tool Application Guide (the first batch) ".
The attempt of "one policy tool, one application guide card" has enabled many small, medium and micro enterprises to quickly and easily apply for preferential policies such as social insurance fee reduction or exemption.
The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that the purpose of this move is to serve Beijing enterprises to better develop and grow under the strategic opportunities of the expansion and opening of the national service industry comprehensive demonstration zone and free trade pilot zone, and promote the high-quality economic and social development of Beijing.
