Due to the increase in the published price and the increase in the fair market price ratio (85→90%), the number of taxable taxes will increase and the tax amount of the same real estate is expected to increase sharply.



The National Tax Service announced today (23rd) that this year's tax tax was announced based on the status of housing and land ownership as of June 1 this year.



Taxpayers can check the contents of the tax notice through the National Tax Service's hometax (www.hometax.go.kr) or through the Internet Jiro (www.giro.or.kr) of the Korea Financial Settlement Office before the bill arrives by mail.



The tax is levied on the portion that exceeds the deductible amount by summing the published prices of houses and land by taxpayer (per person).



In the case of houses, if the sum of the published prices exceeds KRW 600 million, they are subject to taxation.



However, one-family homeowners receive a deduction of up to 900 million won.



The amount of deduction for total combined land (bare land, hybrid land, etc.) is KRW 500 million, and for separate combined land (land attached to shopping centers and offices), KRW 8 billion.



The tax rate is 0.5~3.2% depending on the number of houses and the amount of the tax base.



The tax rate is the same as last year, but last year's payers will receive a bill that has increased significantly, and tens of thousands of single-house owners who are paying the new tax are expected to rise in Seoul alone.



In regions where the public price rose sharply, taxpayers whose determined tax amount was more than twice that of last year was poured out.



This is because the quoted price has risen significantly this year, and the fair market price ratio, which is multiplied by the quoted price to calculate the tax base, is applied to 90%, up 5 percentage points from last year.



This year, the official price of apartment houses increased by 5.98% on average nationwide, but the public price of super high-priced houses with more than 3 billion won in Seoul Gangnam area and so-called Masongseong (Mapo, Yongsan, Seongdong) rose by nearly 30%.



As taxpayers flock to check today's official taxes, mobile hometax and sontax applications once caused access difficulties.



Last year, the number of people notified of the taxation tax was 595,000, an increase of 129,000 (27.75) from the previous year, and the amount of tax notified was 3,334.7 billion, an increase of 1,232.3 billion won (58.3%).



A government official said, "The tax rate remains unchanged, but the number of notified persons and the amount of tax notified have increased significantly due to the adjustment of the published price."



On the 26th, the IRS will announce the number of persons notified of the final tax and the amount of tax notified this year.
