The opinion puts forward that Hainan will make full use of the advantages of the free trade port policy and system to make breakthroughs in the province's key areas of service trade innovation and development, and attract more Chinese medicine service trade companies to settle down.
Hainan will integrate and innovate the development of Chinese medicine health tourism, and deeply integrate the concepts of Chinese medicine ecology, green and health with tourism around the construction of an international tourism consumption center, and create a unique new business model of Chinese medicine health tourism.
In addition, encourage public hospitals in the province to expand their service projects and add health centers that integrate leisure and vacation functions; encourage travel agencies to cooperate with various TCM medical and health care institutions to integrate TCM with tourism, leisure, and vacation products. Promotion in domestic and foreign markets.
According to reports, Hainan also proposes to build a high-level TCM service system to achieve full coverage of county-run TCM medical institutions by 2022, and realize that all community health service institutions, township hospitals and more than 70% of village clinics have TCM service capabilities.
