NTT announced that the takeover bid for NTT DoCoMo's shares has been completed.
As a result, NTT's stake in DoCoMo will increase from more than 66% to more than 91%.
In the future, we plan to purchase the remaining portion and make it a wholly owned subsidiary by owning 100%.
