The Federation of Automotive Crafts said Tuesday that driving schools and motorbike schools should remain closed during confinement, after a meeting with the Minister for SMEs Alain Griset.

These establishments were mobilized at the start of confinement to request a total opening or a total closure.

Driving schools remain closed during confinement, the Federation of Automobile Crafts (FNA) said on Tuesday after a meeting with Minister Delegate for SMEs Alain Griset, who was the guest of Europe 1 on Tuesday.

A note must be released to confirm that the driving schools are administratively closed, "which allows them to benefit from the maximum aid", including partial unemployment and the solidarity fund, underlines the FNA in a press release.

Driving schools demanded full opening ... or closing

Driving schools and motorbike schools mobilized at the start of confinement to request their total opening, while driving exams are continuing, or their total closure, to benefit from aid.

"The minister will also intervene with manufacturers for a deferral of rents relating to driving school vehicles", underlined the FNA.
