Budget expenditures on national projects for 10 months were executed by 70%

According to preliminary data, the national projects “Demography” (86.2%) and “Small and Medium Business and Support of Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative” (75.7%) became leaders in the execution of expenses on November 1.

Earlier, the Accounts Chamber made a forecast of Russia's economic development for 2020-2023.

The department presented two scenarios - neutral and risky.

According to the calculations of the auditors, with the implementation of the first option, the country's GDP by the end of this year will decrease by 4.2%, and with the second - by 4.8%.
