Carrefour had explained in mid-October, during the acquisition by its So.Bio subsidiary of a network of 5 specialized stores in the South-West, that the operation was "part of the plan to strengthen the organic business. Carrefour specialist, started in 2019 with the acquisition of So.bio ".

With Bio C'Bon, for which Carrefour has offered 60 million euros plus 40 million euros in investments, the distribution giant has a network of 107 points of sale and more than 1,000 employees taken over or reclassified.
