The sales area of newly built commercial housing in the city was 11.318 million square meters, a decrease of 8.8% over the same period last year.
The construction area of commercial buildings was 146.272 million square meters, an increase of 7.2%.
Among them, the residential construction area was 72.814 million square meters, an increase of 5.2%.
The newly started area of commercial housing was 24,795,900 square meters, an increase of 15.2%.
Among them, the newly-started residential area was 13,281,800 square meters, an increase of 16.8%.
The completed area of commercial housing was 16,110,200 square meters, an increase of 9.5%.
Among them, the completed residential area was 8,514,100 square meters, an increase of 4.6%.
The sales area of newly built commercial housing in Shanghai was 11.318 million square meters, a decrease of 8.8% compared with the same period last year, and the rate of decline narrowed by 3.8 percentage points compared with the first half of the year.
Among them, the sales area of newly-built commercial residential buildings was 9,152,900 square meters, a decrease of 7.2%, and the rate of decline narrowed by 0.5% compared with the first half of the year.
